Lives Lived Well Specialist Health Centre is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building.


There is parking available: some are labelled for patient use only, however you may park anywhere within the Lives Lived Well carpark.

Disability access

Our centre reception is located on the ground floor which is accessible by wheelchair. There is also a bathroom that is wheelchair accessible.

Cancelling an appointment

We understand that sometimes your circumstances change and you need to cancel. We require at least 48 hours advance notice when you cancel an appointment with our psychologists—or a cancellation fee may apply. This amount of notice allows us to make arrangements to fill your session with another patient, thanks for your understanding.

We would prefer that you phone us to cancel. Please call using the contact details listed on this page.

Our patients have rights and responsibilities.

We do our best to uphold your rights and treat you with compassion, respect and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Want to make a complaint?

Please let us know. Talk to us or send us a letter or email about what happened and why you are unhappy. You can speak with a practitioner or the practice manager. We will listen and provide a response in good faith.

You can also complain about any aspect of any health service through the Office of the Health Ombudsman, whose role is to act impartially in dealing with complaints.

  • Do you offer bulk-billing?

    Some of our practitioners offer bulk-billing for concession card holders only. 

    If you require bulk-billing:

    • Ask for a practitioner that offers bulk-billing when you make an appointment
    • Remember to bring your concession card with you to your appointment.
  • What is the history of the LLW Health Centre?

    Our practice was originally established to support Lives Lived Well’s Mirikai Recovery Centre—a live-in rehabilitation service for people experiencing problems with addiction and mental health. Click the button below to read more about our history.

  • What are my payment options?

    Payment is required at the time of your appointment. You can pay using credit/debit, and electronic transfer (via EFTPOS). We are a mixed payment practice: practitioners charge for their services, however some also offer bulk-billed services for concession card holders. You may be eligible for Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebates, click below to learn more.
