Psychologist

Tristan is a Masters-trained psychologist. Since 2004, he has worked with several not-for-profit organisations, community programs and private practice settings on the Gold Coast and in Western Australia providing psychological and counselling support services to populations with diverse and complex needs.

His approach draws upon a range of skills from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), interpersonal therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills, EMDR, and Mindfulness, all within a trauma-informed and solution-focused framework.

In his spare time Tristan loves surfing and fitness, and being a dedicated dad to his three young children.
